The scholarship covers the school fees and the living costs. It is conditioned to your admission into the programme. Your application is to be submitted with your application to the programme.

This programme is supported by Cinépolis and Guillermo del Toro. To be a candidate for the exclusive ANIMEXICO scholarship for Mexicans, one must first be accepted in our Master of Arts in Character Animation and Animated Filmmaking.

Please read the information on our website

Once accepted by the school, candidates will be able to compete in the ANIMEXICO scholarship call to which they will have to apply.
The third and final admission session for our Master of Arts degree in 2018 is open and ends on April 6. For those interested in applying please go to the site and click on the "Contact us" button.
Applicants to the Master of Arts must master the techniques of drawing necessarily, and have a couple of years doing both 2D and 3D animation. They must have a level equivalent to undergraduate studies in animation or its equivalent work or self-taught.
The Master of Arts program is for two years full time and is taught in English, so applicants must have a sufficient level of English to converse. It is not necessary to speak French even though the Master of Arts degree is taught at the Gobelins campus in Paris, France.

ANIMEXICO is a scholarship dedicated to Animation. This scholarship is not the Jenkins-Del Toro International Film Scholarship, which is a scholarship dedicated to live action cinema.
