Louis Clichy is an animation director. After a few years studying history at the Sorbonne University, he entered GOBELINS where he took part in a couple of shorts films ‘’Jurannessic”, “Mange”  that ended up being nominated in several festivals. After his graduation in 2002, he dabbled at storyboarding and 3d animation at Mac Guff studio, while continuing directing short movies for Cube Creative Compagny or Passion Pictures in London. Spotted by Pixar for his short-movie “A quoi ça sert l’amour” on Edith Piaf’song, he worked for the studio in the USA for three years where he honed his skill as an animator on Ratatouille, Wall-E and Up. Back in France, he took over his direction carreer working on a few commercials and a video clip for a french band Louise Attaque. In 2010, M6 studio offered him to work on his very first animated feature film : the adaptation of the famous comics 'Astérix and The Land of Gods” along with Alexandre Astier. He joined Mikros image studio for three years to oversee the production of the 3d animated feature film. 4 years later, he reiterate with anothere succes : Asterix The Secret of the Magic Potion, released for Christmas 2018. Since then, he’s been working on different projects, among Le Corset ( “Fallen”), an animated author ‘s feature.
